STOIC ROMANTIC POETRY – FEEL THE WILDEST - I mean - MILDEST OF PASSIONS!

My love for you is so greatly moderate,
I’ve never felt a passion as temperate.
More detached to you than a son or a daughter,
You lukewarmed my heart like the tepidest of water!
So don’t be put off by my rational indifference,
Trust you remain but a heartfelt preference.

  1. Are you partial towards voyeurism, or why are you hiding in my rose bushes taking pictures of my lover and I?
